Research that is necessary but not fun...

Wow, so I was just doing research for my capstone class... talk about heavy media. The research is about pornography and the effect on family and marriages. This is heavy stuff. I am reading a book called "Don't Call It Love: Recovery From Sexual Addiction" and I am glad I am done for the night. It is hard to read for very long. The way this book is written gives a pretty clear look at what sexual addictions do to the human brain and how people act out. What a profound negative effect the media has had on so many many people. It is good for me to realize the effects of pornography and how to guard myself and my family from it. Time to go watch a funny movie with Christian or something! :)
